I ran the Food World Senior Bowl Charity Run 10K this morning and felt real good about my results. For the first time, I kept a solid pace the entire run, finishing at the speed I started. Normally, I sprint the first mile and have nothing left to finish on. I finished 48:47 with a 1 mile pace of 7:51, beating my goal of 52 minutes and a pace of 8:20.
