i went with the jailbreak on my own, with out paying any attention to what i really wanted from it. found tons of sweet new customizations for themes and such. a few apps that seemed like some fun (nintendo and sega genesis emulators) played around with it all, and landed on attempting to change fonts with the font swap app. the iphone became unresponsive, and so instinctively i restarted the iphone hoping the mess would sort its self out. when i turned the iphone back on the apple icon popped up and for 24 hours, i got to stare at the apple icon. i tried restarting multiple times, and i even plugged it into my computer, what happened was the phone continuously shut off, and restarted with out my even touching it. so finally i restored the iphone to my back up i had saved on itunes. as far as i would say, Jailbreaking is fun if you know what your doing. i was learning, and now i am fed up with the jerky response time, and the crashing. i wouldnt consider messing with jailbreaking your iphone for atleast another 6 months, or until they figure stuff out amongst them selves and get it all running smoothly.
