First, they immediately put me on hold, then they forget about me and left me on hold.<br/><br/>I had to hang up and call back, get put hold again, and THEN get to place an order only to be told there was an hour and 15 minute wait on deliveries. The actual delivery was somewhere closer to an hour and a half.<br/><br/>Besides that instance, I usually have good experiences with my local Pizza Hut, but I do wish they would let me order online.
