		<description>Im getting a pair for christmas and i have tried them on when i bought them and they feeel right nice. Just one question, does anyone that owns them think they air your feet well?? like climacool, do they make your feet cool?&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Thanks</description>

		<description>They DO feel awesome but sadly I can't wear them for training:( They can totally injure your feet if you do cross country (the little guy at the store told me so). :(</description>

		<description>if you look in the manual in the box it mentions a lightweight trainer, neutral cushion, and stability/motion control.  The stability is obviously cross trainer model witht eh toe strap.  if you look at the bottom of the soles the 5.0 has foam cushions and 4.5 is just a small piece of insole.  5.0=neutral cushion.  4.5=lightweight traner.  nike free=the best decision ive made all year.  PEACE UNCOMFORTABLE SHOES.</description>
