If you haven’t seen Delays before you heard them you’d probably think this band had both a guy and a girl on lead vocals. Lead singer Greg Gilbert really pulls the fluctuating voice thing off though, but that’s probably cause this sounds a lot like the theme song to Neverending Story; word.
